ENGLAND SUPPORT PROGRAMME.

IN SEMINAR ROOM. Across corridor from Cafe with Skate Park on your left. Signed for “Extreme Zone” – to end and turn right through “pink” door.

Due to size of room we’ll do 2 sittings.

The first seminar for the 2017 ENTP Development & Selection Camp at Deeside will be presented by returning guest coach Andrew Sillitoe who will be discussing how we support our players through our junior programme and to become a High Performance Athlete.

Andrew’s contribution at our first camp last August was one of the off-ice highlights for a great many of our players and their parents. He knows about hockey and he knows about creating winning teams as a coach and a player. We are delighted to have secured Andrew’s services again and we know that he will provide a fabulous insight for players and parents.

The final details of his seminar have yet to be worked-out although we can expect him to discuss player behaviour and performance development as well as team dynamics. He is a fantastic speaker with a solid reputation from within ice hockey and he is keen to support our programme for the second time.

This is a free seminar for parents and is part of the ENTP’s England Support Programme. Places limited to 50. You will not want to miss this session!

ABOUT ANDREW
After playing in 11 world championships for Great Britain, Andrew accepted the role as Head Coach in 2010 and put his philosophy to work. Team Great Britain won Gold and promotion into Pool A for the first time at the IIHF World Championships nine months later. Andrew headed to Birkbeck University to study an MSc in Organisational Change and put some academic rigor around his approach, and in 2013 all his thoughts came together in his first book Managing The Mist. He is best known for his unique and innovative views on leadership, which have earned him invitations to work with companies including Pfizer, Ericsson, Nationwide, Virgin Media and the BBC. Andrew has also had the honour of sharing his business and sports coaching ideas at the 2015 International Ice Hockey Federation World Championships in Prague. Andrew speaks around the globe inspiring business leaders to create a high performance culture in their organisation.
